When traveling the world with your children, one of the rarest treasures is time alone.http://www.vimeo.com/69856176
Okay so you get home August 17th. That leaves me exactly 37 Days to see you all before I leave to Atlanta for 7 months! So lets make some plans!
Beautiful so beautiful
Loved it. Thank you. You have given me so many gifts this year – I appreciate it.
beautiful views of Amsterdam, and beautiful Jennifer.
In my next life, I’m going to live life your way. Thanks for leading by example.
Where’s the “coffee shop” visit ? Cutting room floor?
We left the kids at the coffee shop while we took the walk. Helps keep them calm. Parenting tip #107.
So inspired with you all trying to get Jay to take a year with me “to re-think” but when you get to 82 and 76 traveling gets more difficult….young ones out there follow the Flacket-Levins while you can…….Lesley
Oh the light in Amsterdam!
So many beautiful places to see in the world.
Thanks for sharing
Can’t believe we’ll be seeing you back in LA in just over a month! I was thinking that even in one’s regular life, it’s all the little moments that make it good, rather than one big huge thing. Just a nice walk one evening, or everyone helping with the dishes, or the laughs with friends. So, it’s good to know it’s like that for you, too, when you’ve had such an amazing experience. And in the end, even though our years were so different, we can share that. Just appreciating all the little moments. Thanks! I’m really looking forward to seeing you and trying to think of ways to ease your culture shock. I’ll let you know what I think of.
I would say in dutch it seems ‘gemoedelijk’.
