Not every thirteen year-old girl would happily agree to practice guitar with a total stranger while her father filmed them. Definitely not our thirteen year-old girl.

That was so beautiful! I love the music, the visuals and the words! BRAVA!!!
Where was that… in Turkey? Love, Nene
This is one of my favorite of your films. Heaven and earth and the road not taken.
Just lovely. Thank you.
Heart-melting faces…and music.
To quote Army Bernstein, once a guest at a spectacular villa in the south of France, responding to his hostess:
Famous TV writer: (looking out at the sea) I could really live like this.
Army: You ARE living like this.

What a sweetheart she is! A perfect post-Valentine video. I hope that one day, when Franny finds her forever Valentine, they will be able to play their music together like this.
Question: Why are green guitars called “blue”?
Answer: A. All computer monitors are not the same.
B. Some people may be color-blind?
LOL.

Love this! Love your adventures! Miss you guys even though I see you almost every day.
Franny rocks. Keep on keeping on!
Missing your adventure pre-emptively helps you appreciate it while it’s still happening! What amazing memories you’re making. xoxo
this gives me the chills. It is so beautiful. I miss you all. What a Turkish delight!
So beautiful.
I was touched.
Does it really have to end?? I’m sure you will continue to keep it going, even if only on a part-time basis and in modified ways. The experiences and closeness shared will permeate everything you all do forever more.
Come back to Portugal!!
Aaaaand now I’m crying. This is so moving and beautiful.
The duet video was beautiful. We especially were glad to see you enjoying “pottery chicken!”
Loved that one, really a lot. You guys are so good at the tear jerkers! The duet was so great! Perfect accompaniment to the film. And I loved seeing the fairy chimneys from the balloon! I so enjoyed Cappadocia when we were there, but it was a VERY long time ago. So, thank you for sharing that with all of us. I try not to miss things while they’re happening, try to be in the “now” and enjoy the moment. But that does happen sometimes. You’re so lucky it’s happening to you every day. It means you are having the most wonderful time! And we all get the pleasure of seeing a little bit of it and enjoying it with you…
YES it’s possible to miss something while it’s still happening, and it’s such a great way to live! from a great meal when it’s near dessert time to a beautiful musical performance that you know you’ll never hear the same way again, to, um, the ‘Homeland’ finale!! oh no, carrie & brody – stay on screen! i miss you already! 😉
thank you for sharing this sentiment and for this beautiful film – another winner. franny = rock star.
i’ve been offline for a while …. where are you now? guess where i’m going in two days? LA! staying in WeHo for a few days and then going to Ojai for some sun and a … massage? i’ll miss you!
lots of love to you all,
xxx
Thank you for adding a big dose of open heart and soul to my morning here in Boston. The pace of the video is magical and the connection you all have with each other and your environment is palpable.
